Shana Henry, SSM, coaches and mentors development teams across diverse businesses, including tech, food and beverage, and logistics. Shana is most known for being nurturing, joyful, and impartial and believes that all have a right to quality education.

Shana, with her husband Paul, owns PSCO Studios, a creative services agency, and Muffhens Bakery, a top 12 allergen-free foodservice provider. Shana holds a B.A. in Psychology from Saint Leo University and M.S. in School Psychology. She enjoys quality time with her family, traveling, and exciting and new adventures.
