Magaly Morales was born in Bronx, New York and raised in Queens. She is currently an IT, Strategic Planning Analyst at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. and has been working in the IT field for over 9 years. She is an innovative, results-driven leader with a spirit of unity, and experienced in global management at corporate and business units in manufacturing, technology, retail, hospital, consumer products, financial institutions, and consulting industries. Magaly obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, in Boca Raton, FL, where she is an active Owl Alumni.

She is also a BCEx founder. She gives back in her community through other charitable active services via Chapter One where she transforms a child’s future by providing one-to-one support to help them learn to read. She is also a mentor to a high school student with Take Stock in Children where she offers support, guidance, and encouragement to change a life by helping a child build confidence, a solid foundation of values, establish goals, and improve their academic skills.
